Fees for EEA nationals, Swiss nationals and their third-country family members

According to the provisions of the Fee Act (Gebührengesetz) the following fees are payable for the issue of a documentation. The authority may only issue the documentation once all fees have been paid.

• Registration certificate (Anmeldebescheinigung) and long term resident certificate (Bescheinigung des Daueraufenthaltes): € 22
• Residence card (Aufenthaltskarte) and permament residence card (Daueraufenthaltskarte): € 91 respectively € 39 for minors under 16 years

Additional fees may apply at registration certificate or long term resident certificate if certain documents are submitted.

For the first issuing of a documentation of a child born in Austria no fees have to be paid until the child's 2nd birthday.
